Terms & Conditions

  • One person can bring up to 2 dogs, a ratio of 2:1 (unless by prior arrangement).
  • Please do not enter the field until the previous hires have removed their dog(s).
  • Owners must accompany dogs at all times.
  • Dogs must be vaccinated and display an ID tag.
  • Aggressive dogs or those in heat are not permitted.
  • The hirer must bring all their poo bags and pick up ALL poo.
  • When entering and exiting the secure area, you must keep your dog(s) on the lead.
  • Excessive barking or disruptive behavior may result in removal.
  • Children must be supervised at all times, no under 16 alone.
  • Please do not groom dogs in the dog park.
  • All poo bags must be removed from the field before leaving the premises.
  • The dog park is a NO SMOKING area.
  • Take all litter home with you; the field must be tidy after use.
  • Do not allow your dogs to dig in the park; there is no netting under the wire.
  • Use at your own risk: The use of this dog exercise area is at the user’s sole risk. The management of this facility assumes no responsibility for any injuries or damages incurred to persons, animals, or property while using the area.
  • Owner Responsibility: Dog owners are solely responsible for the behavior and actions of their dogs at all times, including any injuries and damages caused by their dogs to other dogs, people, or property within the exercise area.
  • Agreement to Rules: By entering this dog exercise area, users agree to abide by all the posted rules and regulations. Failure to comply will result in removal from the facility. 

How to find us

Our caravan site is only 1/2 a mile from the historic town of Pocklington, a market town situated 12 miles east of York and just 20 miles from the seaside towns of Bridlington and Scarborough.

All visitors must report to the Farm Shop if arriving between 9am-4pm Mon to Sat or 9.30am-12.30pm on Sunday. Our entrance is clearly marked with signs so please do not disturb our neighbours and remember the speed limit is 5mph all over the site.

We kindly ask, no group bookings.

Lovely , peaceful dog friendly site ideal for a little getaway. Clean facilities -showers/toilets. Really nice farmshop and cafe ,selling the most delicious treats ( definitely recommend the fruit scones !! ) near to village and shops/pubs.

When we arrived we were welcomed like a family member by the owners. They showed us what we neaded to know plus advice about the great village in walking distance – Pocklington. I must say the facilities are 5-star. The Cafe/ Farm Shop is brilliant with great homemade food served by lovely, friendly staff – definitely a place to visit.

We stayed for 5 nights and loved every minute. All the staff were so kind, friendly and welcoming. My children loved being able to watch the horses and had space to run around. The food in the cafe was lovely and the indoor soft play kept my two occupied for ages. Lovely walks near by and a short walk into the town. We will definitely visit again.
